About Us
Page Company Business Brokerage serves the Southern California area from Ventura to San Diego and is affiliated with Business Brokers Network (BBN), which is the largest business brokerage network in North America. We are also a 15 year member of The California Association of Business Brokers. We focus on providing financial services for business owners, including the complete business transfer process. We assist in buying, selling, and providing third party valuations for all types of businesses. Even though we are an independent local company, we assist our customers locally, statewide, and nationally. The entire process is done with confidentiality, ensuring peace of mind for our sellers.
The value of using Page Company Business Brokerage is our National database and large referral network. We use third party valuation companies, which are more objective than owner/broker opinions. We also work with other professionals (Attorneys, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.) to bring a complete array of services to the table.
Page Company Business Brokerage places a high value on Integrity, Confidentiality, and achieving results, but also values building long term relationships. We want to be part your business team, even if your plans are to sell more than three years from now. For buyers, we will work with you through the business transfer process and become part of your business team.
Our focus is on the complete business transfer process. We assist in both the buying and selling process as well as providing third party valuations on businesses.

One of the most critical documents that a business owner needs is a Market Valuation Analysis (MVA) Report of the business. Having this information allows the business owner to have greater positioning for business operations such as:
- Utilize the report as a benchmark value to analyze the business, operations, tax reporting, and strategic planning for the future
- Strengthen and enhance banking relationships and loan negotiations for both business and personal lending by having a documented Financial Statement
- Review business in the eyes of a prospective buyer
- Pre-qualify a business for a preferred SBA loan for a owner or buyer
Additionally, a business owner's professional team (Attorney, CPA, Financial Planner, etc.) should use the information to provide services and strategies that include:
- Maximizing vendor and supplier terms
- Documenting base value for multiple insurance applications
- Report to investors in a private firm
- Plan a merger or stock offering
- Position businesses in a posture to timely acquire competitor or complementary businesses
- Determine a base value for Buy-Sell Agreement and Partnerships
- Prepare an exit strategy
- Estate and Trust planning
- Inheritance tax
- Charitable contributions
- Prepare to sell business
